Sign pack!...?
I've been slowly working on a client side texture/skin pack for tf2.
At the moment I'm just doing quick things because I really, really, really, really, really, really dislike valve's vtf system, but enough simple changes tend to add up.
Anyways, one of the things I'm actually putting miniscule effort into are the various game signs. Almost every single replacement is a reference to something ridiculous, but it's easily sliced away from the main project and packaged into its own little set.
I... don't think I actually have any pictures right now.
But if there's any interest at all I can slap it together and upload it.
Also, arena desolation may be the best arena map ever. Well, maybe arena cow beats it.
That entire archive of screenshots with a couple dozen random sprays (including a couple from our server) and you don't have the BEST ONE?

I thought that was just something you guys added to the server, and not specifically a spray!
Next time I see it I'll be sure to grab it.
I've got two team-colored TF2 styled friendly fire posters I did ages ago too. Remind me next time you're on the server and I'll show you. I have TFC grenade themed ones as well, for the brief time we used the grenades plugin for TF2.
Actually that sounds like something the guys over at tf2maps would be more interested in than our community. I've done some mapping and Swiss has tried his hand at it, but neither of us really have any serious projects that could utilize custom textures really. The tf2maps crew are always looking for new overlays and stuff like that.
It's not so much a texture set so much as it is a client side modification that replaces existing materials with alternative, questionable content.
I'm messing with particles right now but if I play later today I'll try to get some screenshots that actually have the signs in them.
Tried my hand at it? More like redine the form by gracing it with my mapping genius. Be thankful none of my maps have been released lest they consume the world with their awesome.

Okay so I'm a couple of weeks late but here's the skinny.
My plan is to release my project in five different Packs.
Weapons, World, Characters, Particles, Signs, and Props.
I feel this gives the greatest slew of options, since very few people are going to want to use the complete package.
I maintain a screenshot gallery from my tf2 exploits here, and depending on server settings and when the screenshot was taken, some of them are slowly showing signs of my continued nonsense.
In addition to that I sometimes specifically target things for new-reference.
Anyways, I'll link some examples directly.
2fort blue spawn room, heavy and medic skins
sewer door and sign
playing with particles, part 1
playing with particles, part 2
one of the new spy masks
As you can see, it's completely ridiculous. I still don't really have any group of signs depicted. I should probably fix that.
I'm nowhere near any sort of official release but in the not too distant future I'm probably going to restructure my local directories and divide them into the aforementioned subsections, and probably just upload / maintain those.
